Q: How do I cancel a membership with Rising Star Learning?

A: If you would like to cancel your membership at Rising Star Learning, simply call Customer Service at 866-441-8416 anytime Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. through 6:00p.m., Saturdays from 9:00a.m. through 5:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time).

Q: How do I return a shipment to Rising Star Learning?

A: Simply call Customer Service at 866-441-8416 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Returns are extremely hard to track without an RMA number. Returning items without an RMA number may result in a delay in obtaining credit or an inadvertent charge to your credit card.

Once you obtain an RMA number simply write it on the outside of the package and return it to the address shown on the box. We also ask that you please use a trackable method of shipment.

Q: What should I do if I want to keep the learning courses that I'm evaluating during the trial period?

A: Nothing. Simply keep them and enjoy. We will automatically bill your credit card for the course you are evaluating. Make sure you read and understand How The Offer Works and the return policy.

Q: Is it safe to order on the Rising Star Learning site?

A: Yes. You don't need to worry about your credit card and personal information. We use VeriSign's 128-bit encryption, meaning your data is safe from hackers and other intruders.

Q: Why is Rising Star Learning's courses better than other course available?

A: Rising Star Learning uses the proprietary Visualize, Practice, and Apply method of teaching. Unlike many old fashioned video-based courses, each Rising Star Learning course is interactive so you perform each task as you learn.

Q: Why does Rising Star Learning offer such an inexpensive trial program?

A: We are so confident that our courses are the best available, we are happy to send them to you for a low shipping and handling charge. We know that once you discover how easy it is to learn these software programs, you'll want to keep them and continue the leaning experience.

Q: Do Rising Star Learning courses work on Apple Computers?

A: No. Currently Rising Star Learning courses are only offered for IBM® PC-compatible computers, such as Dell®, Hewlett-Packard®, Compaq®, IBM®, Gateway®, etc
